Her volunteer work included serving as the Communications Lead for TEDxBath and mentoring for The Aspire Foundation, where she supported women in charities and social enterprises.

She is currently writing a book titled "What's a Grown-Up Anyway?" Based on three years of research, it dispels the 'status'-based view of what it means to be a 'grown-up,' which promotes imposter syndrome and self-criticism. Instead, it redefines a 21st-century grown-up as something developmental and qualities-based. Her research journey is fascinating, and the outcome is both insightful and simple.
